Cancellation and Refund Policy

Skin Care Australia Clinics has a ‘no refund’ policy on all treatments and purchases.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we must be notified 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to reach us outside of business hours you can contact us via email or social media.

If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or do not show for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited or a treatment will be deducted from your account.

Confirmation of Appointments

An SMS reminder will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can confirm your appointment by clicking on the link.
A confirmation email will be sent 48hours prior to your appointment which you can confirm. This is automatically registered on our appointment system.

If we do not receive notification of confirmation, we will then try to call you.

It is your responsibly to remember when you have booked your appointment for.

New Clients

Please ensure you arrive 10 minues before treatment to ensure time for paper work.

All Clients

Due to the nature of our appointment schedules, arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment as your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed.

Prepaid Treatment Packages

All prepaid packages must be used within the validity period.
Packages of 3 have an expiry of 6 months, packs of 5 12 months, and packs of 10 18 months.
If you are unable to proceed with treatments that have been paid for in advance, the balance on your account can be used against other treatments (excluding Injectables or Cosmetic tattoo) or transferred to a friend or family member.
