Cancellation and Refund Policy

Skin Care Australia Cosmedical Clinics has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases.

If you are unable to proceed with treatments that have been paid for in advance, the balance on your account can be used against other treatments (excluding Injectables or Cosmetic tattoo) or transferred to a friend or family member.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we must  be notified the day before your appointment, 24hrs.

If you can or reschedule on day of treatment your depsoit will be forfeited or a treatment will be deducted from your account.

Confirmation of Appointment

A SMS reminder will be sent 48hours prior to your appointment. You can confirm your appointment by clicking on the link.
A confirmation email will be sent 48hours prior to your appointment which you can confirm. This is automatically registered on our appointment system.

If we do not receive notification of confirmation, we will then try to call you.

It is your responsibly to remember when you have booked your appointment for.

New Clients

Please ensure you arrive 10minues before treatment to ensure time for paper work.

All Clients

Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment as your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed.
